If cooking whole, sear on a hot pan or BBQ. Turn the heat down and cook until it has reached the desired ‘doneness’. We recommend using a
meat thermometer to take the guess work out of cooking and to ensure all guests are happy!
If you are cutting the Whole Fillet into steaks, you can either wrap the smaller tail piece together (for another steak), or slice thinly and turn into beef stirfry.
