Historically sold as gravy beef, this is a full flavour slow cooking cut. Our grass-fed Angus Shin Beef is sourced from the shin of the front or rear legs of the steer and is cut into a thin slice. Its depth of flavour and tenderness make it ideal for hearty, warming meals.

Cooking Instructions

To maximise the flavour and tenderness of Shin Beef, sear it on all sides in a hot pan. Transfer to a slow cooker or heavy pot with your choice of liquids and aromatics. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours until the meat is incredibly tender.
