Often relegated to the slow-cooker, our Angus Rump Steak is just fine served as a traditional steak cut. Located on the back of the animal, the Rump is made up of multiple muscles and is one of the trickier steaks to cut.  Luckily, our qualified butchers all know how to cut Rump!

2 x 250g (approximately) steaks per pack. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions

When cooking, either in the pan or BBQ, we recommend turning the heat down a little and cooking for a longer time. As the Rump is a part of the animal which does a lot of work (this is what gives it great flavour), if you cook it too fast you will risk the steak being too overcooked and tough.
