Cooking Instructions

Because it comes from a heavier working muscle of the steer, it can be a tough steak which is why we recommend cooking low and slow! Keep whole, dice it up or cut into stir fry strips - have it your way and let this versatile cut match your recipe! For braising, sear on all sides and then cook slowly in a covered dish with liquid for 2-4 hours until tender.
