We think Sirloin (or Porterhouse) is one of the best steak cuts on the animal. It has great flavour and with the fat on the outside, it is easy to cook and you’re able to enjoy every mouthful. Cook this piece whole, or slice into steaks. 

Cooking Instructions

For a quick and easy roast, sear the Sirloin in a hot pan and then rub with wholegrain mustard. Roast at 200 degrees for 35-45 minutes until medium rare. Serve with horseradish cream and your favourite sides.

Always remove the roast (or steak) from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking. This allows the meat time to relax before you cook it.
