The Angus Topside Steak is a beef cut, cut from the hindquarter of the steer. It is one of the more lean steak cuts, however packs a punch when it comes to delicious flavour. 

A slow cooking meat, perfect for braising.

Cooking Instructions

Season well with salt and pepper (or your favourite rub), bring to room temperature before cooking then fry on each side for around 3 minutes or to an internal temperature of 50-57 degrees if using a thermometer (for medium rare). Ensure the pan is hot before adding the steak and like all good meat, allow for some rest time.
