Cooking Instructions

For the best results, cook your Chuck Roast low and slow. Start by searing it on all sides in a hot skillet to lock in the juices. Then, transfer it to a slow cooker or crock pot with your choice of broth, vegetables, and seasonings. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours until the meat is fork-tender. You can also braise it in the oven for 3-4 hours, if that's preferred.
