Cooking Instructions

To get the most out of your Casserole Steak, sear it on all sides in a hot pan to develop a rich, caramelised crust. Then, transfer it to a slow cooker or crock pot alongside your favourite vegetables, stock or broth, and seasonings. Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours until the meat is tender and infused with all the flavours of your ingredients.
