Our Grass-Fed Whole Scotch Fillet (Cube Roll), also known as Ribeye, is a premium cut taken from the rib section. Renowned for its marbling and rich flavour, this fillet is a favourite among steak enthusiasts and is perfect for both special occasions and everyday indulgence.

Serves 12-15 people.

Product Description

The Whole Scotch Fillet is ideal for roasting whole, grilling, or cutting into individual steaks. Its tenderness and flavour make it versatile for various cooking methods and excellent for hosting and entertaining.

Cooking Instructions

For a whole roast, season generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C until it reaches your desired level of doneness. On the BBQ, we use a meat thermometer to achieve our ideal level of doneness. For individual steaks, sear on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, then finish in the oven or on the grill to your preferred doneness.
