The Topside Roast is a large lean and flavourful cut which comes from the hind quarter of the beast. This hearty cut makes for a perfect Winter comfort meal for the family, whether that's dicing up and including in a casserole, or cooking whole, and enjoying with your favourite seasonal vegetables and gravy.

Cooking Instructions

For the perfect Topside Roast, season generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs and add to a roasting tray. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C, allowing about 20 minutes per pound for medium-rare. Let the meat rest for at least 15 minutes before carving to retain its juices.
