Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Sourdough burger bun (or make it gluten free by substituting this with your favourite GF bun!)
- 250g of Green Meadows Premium Beef Mince (or we recommend our Green Meadows Beef Burger Patties if you're short on time!)
- 1 small egg
- 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp thyme, leaves removed from stalks
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- Sprinkle of flakey sea salt
- Butterhead lettuce
- Cheese
- Tomato
- Spanish Onion
- 70g Mayonnaise
- 15g Tomato ketchup
- 15g Yellow mustard
- 3g Balsamic vinegar
- 2g Smoked paprika
- 3g Dark soy sauce
- 1 pcs Gherkin – diced

Whisk everything together in bowl to make your sauce.
Place the mince, egg, red onion, garlic, thyme, mustard and salt into a bowl and season with freshly ground black pepper. Using clean hands mix together until well combined.
Divide into rounds and shape into patties. Cook the Beef patties on the BBQ (or stove top in a heavy based pan) on medium heat for around 6 minutes each side until cooked thoroughly, or to your liking.
Assemble your burger with your choice of fillings and enjoy.
