 The perfect piece to entertain your guests this summer! Ideal for the BBQ or to serve as a complete piece. As a nice round piece of beef, this looks spectacular in the centre of the table. If you’d prefer, you can even slice into thicker steak cuts if that suits you better. 

Serves 4-6 adults.

This Eye Fillet comes in a 500g piece, offering flexibility on how you cook it. Located on the back half of the animal, the Tenderloin is connected to the Striploin (where sirloin steak comes from).  Our Grass-Fed Eye Fillet Piece is the epitome of luxury in the beef world. A Rump Roast is a versatile cut for summer or winter. Often getting a bad wrap and relegated to slow cooking, our grass-fed Angus Prime Steer Rump deserves top spot on the dinner table.

Scotch Fillet or Rib-Eye steak comes from the front of the animal. Known for the marbling running through the beef, plus it’s centre block of fat, Scotch Fillet is a great frying steak. Scotch is the King of the BBQ, so if you're hosting... make sure to add this one to your shopping list.

Sirloin, or porterhouse, comes from the back of the animal.  This cut is full of flavour and is easy to cook with the fat located on the outside of the steak (rather than the inside like the Scotch Fillet).

A popular cut for quick and easy mid-week meals, or a healthy feast when entertaining a crowd.  Our Angus Beef Stir Fry strips are thinly sliced, by hand, and designed for fast frying.  Our butchers use the tender ends of steak cuts, or knuckle, to ensure the best quality product for you.

Serves 4 as a main meal or 7-8 as a side dish. 

The most versatile cut of beef there is. Our Green Meadows Angus Premium Beef Mince is hand trimmed by our butchers to be 90%+ VL. It is predominantly from the shin, blade, chuck and brisket. We also use trimmings from our steak cuts.

As our beef is aged on the bone, you will notice that a lot less moisture comes out of the beef mince when you cook it - ensuring it's kept deliciously juicy and tasty. Serves 4-6.
