This recipe from Michael Van de Elzen works really well at this time of the year with BBQ chicken, fish and grilled pork chops. We're a little biased though and love it with our beef!
If you want to bulk out the salad to make it more of a main meal, I would add some cooked and sautéed pearl barley or even just add in some cooked penne pasta for a refreshing change.

Inspired by movie, ‘The Castle’, we’re back to give rissoles a spot in the limelight, by developing this summer BBQ version just for you! We’ve used our prime minced beef, flavoured with Natural Fare’s herbs, and added pantry staples to make up these beauties. We think that they are great done on the BBQ but if you don’t have one, or if the weather isn’t conducive then fry them in a heavy-bottomed frying pan instead and just pretend it’s sunny outside!
