If red meat was to have a best friend... this Red Wine Jus Gravy Mix might just be it. This mix also works well as a stock powder and soup flavour booster.

To make, simply add ¼ cup of gravy mix to ¼ cup red wine and 1 cup of water. Whisk and simmer for 10 minutes.
